Photo: Illegal arms dealers nabbed with 10,000 live cartridges in Ibadan Oyo state Police Command on Thursday paraded four illegal arms dealers, concealing 10,000 live cartridges for supply to suspected criminals. Addressing newsmen at the parade ground, Eleyele Police Headquarters, Ibadan,  the state Police Commissioner , Mr. Shina Olukolu advised residents to be security conscious in view of the current festive season, and be mindful of whom they transact business with to avoid being swindled. The arms dealers, who were arrested on July 23, 2019, at Oke-bola area of the city, included Adekunle Abimbola, Abel Kojo , Mukaila Ariyo, and Ade Adebay. While confessing that they have been on the business of ammunition/arms supply for many years without license, the suspects disagreed that armed robbers and bandits were their buyers; rather they told newsmen that hunters were their clients. Photos: Ambrose Alli University graduate stabbed to death by phone snatchers as he arrives Warri two days after passing out of NYSC in Calabar Alenin Joseph, an Ambrose Alli University Ekpoma graduate was stabbed to death by phone snatchers on his way home after arriving Warri from Calabar, where he underwent the mandatory one year national youth service. Joseph passed out of NYSC on July 25th in Calabar, the Cross River State capital and took to Facebook to celebrate the occassion. Bournemouth complete signing of Nigerian- born footballer Danjuma from Club Brugge for £13.7m Premier League club,  Bournemouth  have completed the signing of Nigerian-born footballer,  Arnaut Danjuma  from  Club Brugge for £13.7million. The 22-year-old has signed a long-term contract to become the fourth signing of the summer for the club, following the arrivals of  Lloyd Kelly, Jack Stacey , and  Philip Billing.  Danjuma told the club's official website: 'Coming to AFC Bournemouth is a really good step up for me. Herbalist who raped and impregnated his daughter in Edo state bags 21 years jail term without the option of fine The herbalist was sentenced to 21 years imprisonment without the option of fine.  Earlier, the prosecution told the court that the convict, who turned his daughter to a sex slave for several years, also instructed her never to sleep with any other man.
